Jag tror att det här egentligen är lite av gamla nyheter eftersom det redan var känt att SIAFs delägda bolag SJAP skulle få dubblera sitt lån hos Agricultural Bank of China. Men i vilket fall är det ju bra att det framkommer att SJAP har ett samarbete med en så stor statlig bank – det ökar ju SIAFs trovärdighet. Jag gillar riktningen SIAF rör sig mot och hoppas att det leder till ett ökat förtroende från marknaden och därmed högre aktiekurser.
En annan sak som hände idag var att SIAF blev uppgraderat från OTCBB till OTCQB. Jag känner inte till vilken betydelse detta har, men inte så stor betydelse tror jag inte. Läs mer här och här.
Agricultural Development Bank of China Doubles Bank Loan to Sino Agro Food Subsidiary, Sanjiang A Power Agriculture Co. ("SJAP")Jan 7, 2015
GUANGZHOU, China, Jan. 7, 2015 /PRNewswire/ – Sino Agro Food, Inc. (OTCQB: SIAF.QB) is an integrated, diversified agriculture technology and organic food company (the “Company”) with principal operations as primary producer, processor, and marketer in the People’s Republic of China (“PRC”).
Agricultural Development Bank of China (“ADBC”) has doubled its loan facilities to SJAP to 80M RMB (from40M RMB). In November 2014, Sino Agro announced it would evaluate and explore proposed listing and M&A opportunities for SJAP, its integrated cattle farm subsidiary.
ADBC is one of the largest banks in China, and is owned by the Chinese Government.
